RETURNS

  • Love and care goes into every KATS STORE FOOTWEAR, however, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase or wish to exchange, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 3 days of receiving your item.
  • To return/exchange a product, you can use WhatsApp us on Ph : 9811989252
  • Returned merchandise must be in original condition with all the original tags still attached.  
  • In case you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
  • In case of Refunds, a flat shipping & handling fee of Rs. 100 per product will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • KATS STORE is not responsible for any self-shipped returns lost in transit – it is recommended that you include tracking and insurance for your protection.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

KATS STORE  reserves the right to cancel any order without an explanation for doing so, due to unforeseeable circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation or delay of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

 

DISCLAIMER:

  1. KATS STORE reserves all rights to inspect condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges.
  2. For Returns / Exchange our team may request you for further information / photographs to assess your return request. Please do assist them.
  3. All purchases made with a Coupon/Gift Voucher are Non-Refundable. However, it can be exchanged if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
  4. In-case of any claims regarding shortage of items received we will require the customers to share short video of Unpacking, so a claim may be raised against the courier company.
  5. Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
  6. Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
  7. In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to KATS STORE at the address mentioned below. In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code / bank transfer as preferred by the customer. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.
  8. Customers can choose to opt for Store Credit or Cash refund in lieu of the returned item. 
  9. In case of Refunds, a flat shipping & handling fee of Rs. 100 per product will be deducted from the refund amount.
  10. In case of Store Credit, the customers will receive a coupon code worth the amount paid, which can be redeemed on future purchases. Return Credit notes will have a lifetime validity.
  11. Refunds for return orders will be credited in the customer account within 10 working days of receiving the product by our warehouse team.
  12. Items on Clearance Sale can not be returned or exchanged, we urge you to refer the size chart carefully before making the purchase.
  13. Cash on Delivery orders are not eligible for returns and can only be exchanged for a different size or product.
  14. Please do not accept the package if it is open or tampered with.
  15. Images & Representations of Products/Service are indicative in nature, actual Product may differ from the image shown. Please refer the product specification for product details.
